I don’t know about you but at my home – i make sure we have fresh guest’s towels at our home all the time and if my house guest/s needs wrinkle creams i can provide that too – hahah!  But yes, do you keep your towels and the guest/s one separate? or do you let your house guest/s use yours as well?

I find that it is more personable if you have the guest/s towels in their guest/s bathroom – but what if you have a common bathroom and no guest/s bathroom.  Now that can be tricky eh?  I’ll go hunt for towels with “guest/s” written or sewn on it.   I can’t imagine wanting to use the host’s personal towels  - would  you?  So when i saw some for sale – i always buy them and keep them.   What about you?

Last year in September I had written about the problems we had with our home from Maple Leaf – after trying to get ahold of Roy Andrews with no avail – we started to right to Maple Leaf directly.  Unfortunately, they didn’t respond either.  You see – last week we had a rain storm again and my house was flooded with water by the time we got up, so not only having to clean up everything – we had to throw away yet another carpet for the door – this is like the 6 one that we had to throw away.  We are definitely giving up on Maple Leaf homes and advice anyone thinking of getting it – not to.  Our next buy is going to be a  Outer Banks vacation homes no more Maple Leaf Homes for anything – anything even remotely associated with Maple Leaf is not going to be in our discussion.

DreamHome or a nightmare..???  Yes.. as soon as we moved into our new home that cost us our life savings… and a huge bank loan.. our agent and the developer.. did not mention once that there will be another one built 6 feet away from ours, nothing in the books, nothing in the papers.  They misled us into thinking that our next door neighbours.. would be far enough..so we won’t hear each other in our bedrooms.  But nope.. with only 6 feet away.. we can just about hear them when they are playing or working outside.  Plus . .they were there in the middle of the night at 2am pouring concrete down.. right next to my 1 yr old toddler.  How evil is that..?? and again at 5am.
