I came across Portland-based Hiih Gallery’s handmade paper lights and was really impressed. Thought i would share it with all of you. The lamps are really handmade from the beginning to finish. Natural materials are used and local beeswax and walnut dye.

I wonder how much this is.. pretty cool eh. Battery operated for 60 hours but a wired version is also available. I think this is a great way to hang your coat.. and teach the kid to do it too. Fascination is another way to teach your kids… to be neat eh.
