Yard Sale Finds

We were out shopping last weekend and came across a yardsale along the shore – and instead of looking for my kid’s acne treatment like we had planned to – we stopped to see the price of this lighthouse.   With the weather getting warmer – if you take time and drive around town or somewheres out of town – you can pretty much find anything.  A few years ago, we found a tricycle for $10 for my kid – now of course – we only look for things to make our lawn and backyard beautiful.

This lighthouse wasn’t old – it was handmade by a local fella here – the woodwork was really good and prices really reasonable.  How can we resist getting it right?  we believe in support the locals – and keeping the money in town – what about you?  Yard sales on the weekend – can prove to be quite fruitful – so try it this summer.
