In this time and age, where the recession is hitting just about everyone, buying a house may not be as feasible.  And because of that renting is an option to a lot of family and young couples while they too try and save enough for a down payment for their first home.  Afterall, you and I know that buying a house and owning one is definitely not cheap nor easy.

So what does one prepare when you want to turn your home into an income property.. to keep your cost down.. and to help those who needs a place to lived.  It is not as easy as getting  pet supplies as one would think.   But the first thing one must do is to contact your local municipality .. to find out if you can turn your home into an income property.  Income properties need certain guidelines.. and the local municipality will be more than happy to assist you, well, unless you are living in my town.
