Joint Apartments

A friend of ours have a kid who has mesothelioma , so she came home to stay with them.   In order to give her the privacy she needed, they turned their farmhouse into a joint apartment with its own entrance, kitchen, living room etc.   I thought it was an awesome idea and really nice of the neighbour who was an architect to show this design to my friends.  This design certainly brings light and freshness to one’s outlook in life and I know if i were sick, this joint apartment would certainly light me up.
