All About My Hardwood Floor

Many people like myself love their hardwood floor but some inherited them from the previous owners and decided to keep it because they are definitely pretty and hardy, so we would like to thing.  There were many mistakes that I had made with my hardwood floor, so I thought I should share this with those who also have them and don’t know how to take care of them.

Question : Can one wash their hardwood floor with water?

Answer: No !  water and wood do not mix.  Never, never wash your hardwood floors ith water.  Do not use any scubbing machine, soap or strong detegent.  Oil treated mops should not be used either for they leave a residue that could eventually make the finish appear dull or smeared.  Always use the hardwood flooring cleaner as recommened by the manufacturer.
