Slanted Roof

We had a bedroom like this in one of our old houses out of town and at that time hated it because it was so ugly and made the room looked so small, I found it quite castrophobic everytime I am in the room.  But since it was a rented house, I didn’t think much of it.  When we were house hunting to buy a house some 4 yrs ago, I made sure never to get a house that had slanted roof just because.  If only I had seen this recommendation, I would not have feared getting a slanted roof house, see it can be made to look very nice and very classy with minimal renovation.   So for those out there who are living in such a house, no worries, you can now try and do something like this. Pretty nice in my opinion.
